Oman, is the inspiration behind Al-Araimi Boulevard design by combining the beautiful natural elements of the country to create an ambient mall with diverse experiences. Inspired by the sand dunes from the Empty Quarter, the calming sounds of water from the Falag stream, the lush greenery that blooms in Salalah and the 1,500 miles long coast line. A walk in the mall is a journey through Oman, allowing you to experience the elements that reflect the countries natural beauty all incorporated and carefully integrated in a modern way.
Al Araimi Boulevard construction started in May 2016 on a plot of 86,000 sqm surrounded by four streets and with direct access from three major roads, Sultan Qaboos road, the Equestrian intersection and Al-Salam road. ABLVD has a buildup area of 85,000 sqm split over two levels and a leasable area of 60,000 sqm with over 3000 car parks. With the grand opening planned in September 2018, ABLVD will be an iconic destination for seekers of quality shopping, fine dining, leisure and entertainment.
